Delete your SnapMed data
Your information belongs to you. Here are the quickest ways to remove some or all of it from your device.
No online account is created in the current release. Medicine details, family profiles, photos and SnapMem activity history are kept on your device, so dataAdroit cannot see or remotely erase them.
Remove medicines for one person
- Open SnapMed and select the person.
- Open All medicines.
- Choose Remove all medicines.
- Read the warning and confirm.
This removes that person’s medicine plans and related local records without resetting everyone else.
Delete SnapMem activity history
- Open SnapMem.
- Open its activity history or privacy controls.
- Choose Delete my activity history and confirm.
Start SnapMed again
To remove the app’s profiles, medicines, dose logs, reminders and setup information together, open Profile options, choose Start again, and confirm.
Remove all app data from the device
Android
Open Settings → Apps → SnapMed → Storage, then choose Clear storage. You can also uninstall SnapMed.
iPhone or iPad
Touch and hold the SnapMed app, choose Remove App, then Delete App. Do not choose “Offload App” if you want its stored data removed.
Please note: deletion is permanent. The current release has no SnapMed cloud backup from which we can restore your data.
